Job Description – Customer Service Representative

Queens Broker seeks experienced & courteous professionals, who enjoy working on a client service team, servicing small to mid-sized accounts. Ideal opportunity for candidate that wants to attain broad insurance experience and grow with a professional risk management focused agency.

3+ years experience required, should know the underwriting guidelines and products of carriers like Chubb, Travelers, C.N.A, Harleysville and others. Familiarity with Sagitta is a +++. Other agency operating systems also a +. Professional will:

• Review accounts for adequacy of coverage including, insurance to value, exposure analysis & use coverage checklists
• Interact with clients & underwriters daily to take questions and resolve problems and provide renewal consultations
• Process renewals, endorsements, audits, cancellations and invoice
• Handle special projects as needed

Applicant must be a self starter and self-finisher, diligent about completing tasks, enjoy their profession, have respect for the agency-client relationship and understand the roll of a trusted advisor.
